There are few if any aspects of church practice that have not been altered by the presence of the coronavirus. Here, several church leaders wrestle with adjusting practices of communal singing to account for the risks of virus transmission. As one of them notes, “Singing together in congregations is a practice that we dearly love and are eager to promote, but loving our neighbor is job one here…”
